This video clip is a great insight into a simple but highly recommended book about going on an inward journey to find a treasure.

The greatest gift you can ever have is you.

It’s Never Too Late!

It’s never too late. So many truly creative individuals find themselves in a profession/career/business they do not want to be in. Ultimately, you do have a choice. Are you doing what you really want to do? If the answer is “no,” but you feel that you are already too invested in this profession/career/business to abandon it right now, then I recommend you find a creative way that gives you some happiness. Then make it a priority to spend at least a few hours a week involved in that creative harmony. The way you transform your neurotic tendencies into creative/artistic/courageous tendencies is to begin trusting your intuition more, taking more chances, being more honest, living more spontaneously and not judging the results, but simply honouring and appreciating the increased freedom those results reflect. Eventually, your intuition will become free enough to show you a new kind of extraordinary way, which replaces the need for you to control your life neurotically with your faith in your ability to handle life courageously and creatively.

Projection

Q: I have noticed that when I am around people whom I think to be ‘posh’ and well educated I feel flustered. I even notice myself speak and act differently which I do not like, I feel fake doing this. Why does this affect me so much and how can I remain true to myself?

A: What we see in another we have projected what we think we are.  When you judge someone you will always feel fake and anxious.  When you see something positive in another, but do not believe it to be in yourself then you will know that you have suppressed this gift out of guilt at not feeling good enough.

Today appreciate the person who inspires you with their gift, the one you have projected your fears on to.. Appreciate that they are showing you a part of yourself that you have not accepted as yet.  Appreciation moves you through your judgement and allows you to really see what you believe about yourself. When you accept the truth about who you really are you can then remain true to your spirit.

Veronica’s Valentine’s Day Message

Valentine’s Day is the most romantic day of the year. With all romantic relationships we always want something from our partner or would be partner. We imprison them with, do they love us? Where is my present? Are we the most special person to them? Or we just want them to play with the kids or do the cleaning.

Most lovers will sacrifice their own needs and desires, but sooner or later, we find something wrong with them and can’t stand them anymore.  We then either close down or start looking for a new partner.  Relationships are mirrors of ourselves, what we attract will always have the qualities we have or the beliefs we have.

So if you are looking for love or gifts this Valentine’s Day, it would be really beneficial to look inside rather than outside. We can never ever feel unconditional love, which is your true nature, from anything external. The greatest gift is already inside you.

Whatever it is you want from someone today, that is the very thing that you are called to give. In truly giving, I guarantee you will begin to feel your true nature. It is the most awesome experience a human can ever have.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
